  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your coaching needs (and if we'll make great collaborators).

  • No. My role as a coach is to guide you towards your own answers and A-HA moments. How you show up and how much work you are willing to put into our time together is entirely up to you. I can however guarantee that I will put in 100% of my efforts and expertise to help guide you there as best I can.

  • No. While I am also a licensed mental health professional, it is important to understand that I cannot play both the role of therapist and the role of coach. There may be similar benefits, however a coach does not treat mental health conditions, help work through trauma, or past issues.

  • No. All appointments are virtual and conducted over HIPPA compliant zoom.

  • Therapy focuses on healing the past — processing trauma, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. Coaching focuses on the present and future — helping you identify where you are, where you want to go, and how to get there. Both are valuable, and they can even work beautifully together.

    Simply put — Therapy (clinical) means medical. If you're working with a therapist, psychiatrist, or psychologist, you're in clinical care.

    Wellness coaching is non-clinical, meaning it isn't therapy and it isn't medical treatment. It's a supportive, structured space focused on helping you grow, realign, and move forward — not on diagnosing what's wrong.

  • Wellness coaching is a structured, goal-driven process that looks at your life as a whole. Rather than focusing on one area, it considers how everything — your relationships, career, health, mindset, and purpose — connects and impacts one another. Together we identify what's working, what isn't, and build a clear path forward.
